Based in our office in Guadalajara, the Sales Director will be directly responsible for driving New Sales, Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and overall revenue performance across the region. This includes leading both new logo acquisition and upsell/expansion initiatives.
You will manage a local team of Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives and Account Managers, aligning their efforts with PosiTrace's aggressive growth goals in Mexico.
You'll work cross-functionally, optimize sales processes and ensure that our Mexican operations hit and exceed revenue targets.

You will manage a local team of Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives and Account Managers, aligning their efforts with PosiTrace's aggressive growth goals in Mexico.
You'll work cross-functionally, optimize sales processes and ensure that our Mexican operations hit and exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own all revenue metrics for Latin America, including new business ARR, expansion, and net revenue retention (NRR).
- Lead and coach the local Sales (AEs & SDRs) and Account Management (AMs) teams to hit monthly targets.
- Define and implement strategies to grow the customer base, reduce churn, and maximize expansion opportunities.
- Build and optimize sales and renewal pipelines, tracking performance through CRM and revenue dashboards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
- Provide revenue forecasts, identify risk/opportunity, and present insights to executive leadership.

Who You Are
- Proven revenue leader with 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, IoT, or telematics.
- Strong experience leading sales and account management teams.
- Familiar with the Latin American B2B market, ideally within fleet management, logistics, or SaaS.
- Data-driven decision-maker with a deep understanding of sales KPIs and revenue operations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) with excellent communication skills.
